22Bet Makes a New Ambassadorship Deal With Brendon McCullum

The former right-handed opening batsman and wicket-keeper McCullum retired in 2019 and now serves as England’s test team’s head coach.

Born in South Dunedin on 27 September 1981, Baz McCullum is now known as one of the fastest-scoring cricketers of all time. He achieved numerous records, mostly playing for the New Zealand and India teams. In New Zealand, he is one of the most successful captains and batsmen in the country’s cricket history.
As for India, he played for several teams in the Indian Premier League, including the Gujarat Lions, Kolkata Knight Riders, Chennai Super Kings, and the now-defunct Kochi Tuskers Kerala. While playing for the KTK, he became their greatest run-scorer after playing 13 of the team’s 14 games and achieving 357 runs.
Besides India and New Zealand, he played for many teams from leagues in England, Australia, Bangladesh, and CPL. This includes clubs like Glamorgan, New South Wales, Brisbane Heat, Trinbago Knight Riders, and Sussex.
However, he was truly exceptional in test cricket. While playing in a test match against Bangladesh in February 2010, he scored 185, the highest for a wicket-keeper in New Zealand’s test cricket history.
In February 2014 against India, he scored his first triple-century (New Zealand’s only) and the highest individual score for New Zealand. He also holds his country’s record for the most sixes — 107. 2014 was also an excellent year for McCullum as he made 1164 runs, becoming the first New Zealander to get to 1000 runs in a single year of test play.
IPL Achievements
As for the IPL, one of his most significant achievements is his 158 score while playing for the KKR against the Royal Challengers Bangalore on 18 April 2008. It was the highest Twenty20 individual innings score, and it was the inaugural game of the newly-founded Indian Premier League.
